After enjoying some time off during the holiday season, it was back to the grind yesterday for me. Vacation ending is always bitter sweet because, while I love my job, I really adore spending full days just hanging out with hubs ... watching movies, visiting friends, running errands, and playing Scrabble (he always wins but I always expand my vocabulary each time we play). To lessen the blow of transitioning back into the 9-5, I opted to wear my *new* faux fur scarf ... I LOVE it. It is warm, cuddly, and I can't help but feel a bit glamorous in it to boot.

OUCH! those 4 words...back to the grind...say it ain't so Cat?! gosh, i know this feeling well and had to put the bliss of xmas break behind while venturing back myself this week. wanna run away and hide in the woods together??? mayhaps you could fashion us up a magic carpet made from faux fur and we could ride the skies like Andy but more open air styles ; )
